For this project I produced a masterplan for a property developer for a large modern house on Leckhampton Hill on the outskirts of Cheltenham. The brief was to make the most of the stunning views from the top of the garden by introducing a series of terraces, the highest of which had a single tiered amphitheater with seating facing out towards the distant hills. Down on the lower level were sunny south facing gardens laid out in a grid pattern to match the modernist architecture of the house.
