I have designed the planting for the Architectural Heritage trade stand at Chelsea Flower show for the last 20 years. The stands have varied in scale from 65m2 to a more modest 34m2, but it has always been a buzz to be involved. No matter how carefully you think through a scheme our weather always has other plans! Part of the fun is the last minute dash around local nurseries, making for the chance to discover new plants and planting combinations.
